Retail SO-Human Relations Coordinator
KVAT Food Stores, Inc. is currently accepting applications for the position of Human Relations Coordinator. The Human Relations Coordinator position has a primary focus on the hiring, orientation and team building functions of our retail supermarket operation. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting, interviewing, associate relations and the facilitation of various personnel related forms. Requirements
The Human Relations Coordinator must be personable and professional with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. The HRC must also be highly motivated and enthusiastic about working with the general public and be able to communicate effectively with associates, management, customers, and other community members. The HRC must also be able to handle stressful situations and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner. Previous training, interviewing and team building experience a plus.
