Summary of Job Duties:
Responsible to maintain accurate and complete customer price lists, sales order, and release schedules and to communicate with the customers on a regular basis to assure customer satisfaction.
Detailed Job Description:
The following job functions are not all-inclusive. The employee will be required to perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as requested by Plant Manager or General Manager
Duties:
o Maintains customer related files for all purchase orders and release records.
o Assure that an accurate and complete price list is in place for each customer when setting up sales orders.
o Pulls and updates EDI communications daily as required.
o Assure that weekly releases for each customer are entered and updated as received.
o Reconciles customer CUM's weekly.
o Review inventory levels on parts daily to assure customer demands are covered. Coordinate with inventory control and suspect items or variances report by shipping.
o Projects weekly product shortages to production and outside service schedulers.
o Coordinates customer requirements with production scheduler and outside service scheduler to assure that customers are shipped on time and according to schedule.
o Coordinates jobs balance out with production scheduling to assure the avoidance of obsolescence claims and inventory levels.
o Coordinate all engineering changes to avoid obsolescence.
o Plans and schedules daily shipping requirements.
o Coordinates all customer related activities with purchasing, production, quality, engineering, accounting and shipping.
o Communicates and coordinates with customer any production matters that relate to their schedules.
o Provide logistical support for customer container programs and ensures appropriate levels of containers stock is available to support production.
o Builds and maintains excellent working relationships with customers.
o Alerts production to potential areas in regards to customer needs.
o Assures that ASN transmissions are done in a timely fashion to meet customer requirements.
o Coordinates with MIS department all customer EDI requirements and assists with testing and development when necessary.
o Maintains accurate customer data files, including part weights, standard pack quantities, and development when necessary.
o Participates in the year-end physical inventory
o Participates in maintenance of TS-16949 standards.
Skills/Qualifications:
Must be Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
Education Requirements: Highs School Diploma or GED preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
