Position Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Job
Summary: Ensures quality standards are met during the manufacturing process
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job: Other job duties may be assigned as necessary.
Oversees the implementation and maintenance of the Business Management System.
Customer and Supplier liaison for plant quality activities and concerns.
Maintain quality assurance standards and procedures to meet customer demands.
Participate in the Product Development Process (PDP) to ensure Customer requirements are met.
Maintains Quality documentation, including but no limited to Control Plans, FMEAs, PPAP, etc.
Serves as the Corporate TS Management Representative, reporting on the status of the Business Management System to Corporate through Business Review Meetings.
Review Process Parameter data and maintain summary reports, prioritizing and leading corrective action activities.
Ensure investigation of, root cause determination, corrective action implementation and response to Customer Complaints occurs in a timely manner.
Approve BMS documents and ensure training is completed.
Review Customer ratings/portals and prioritize corrective action activities (PDCA).
Oversee the Layered Audit and Internal Audit processes.
Serves as the Customer Representative for products and production from the launch phase forward.
Reviews quality assurance instructions, assembly specifications and production schedules to determine method of conducting inspections and test, sequence of operations and work assignments.
Performs all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage personnel assigned.
Adhere to applicable TS 16949 requirements.
Adhere to applicable ISO14001 requirements.
May be required to travel.
May be required to work overtime.
Skills performed to perform the job:
Five to eight years experience in automotive/industrial manufacturing.
Strong personal leadership, vision, organizational and communication abilities, technical and mechanical background desirable.
Good computer/Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Educational requirements:
Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent in education and work experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
