Summary:
Assists in activities concerning development, application and maintenance of quality standards and supplier quality management.
Duties and requirements of the job:
Attend Product Development Process (PDP) meetings, focusing on Supplier Approval (working with Purchasing, following MP0035) and aiding plants with Quality documentation.
Customer and Supplier liaison for plant quality activities and concerns.
Attend Customer Warranty Meetings.
Provide Quality support at plants, including FMEAs, Control Plans/DVP&Rs, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Customer Production System and Customer concern resolution.
Monitor Supplier performance and maintain Supplier Scorecards.
Monitor Tier II performance and Customer responses.
Monitor Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) and ensure Supplier Chargeback process is followed.
Chair Incoming Quality Meetings with Problem Suppliers.
Adhere to applicable TS16949 requirements.
Adhere to applicable ISO14001 requirements.
May be required to travel.
May be required to work overtime.
Skills required to perform the job:
3-5 years experience in manufacturing preferable in automotive interior trim and systems.
Computer Experience (MS Word, Excel), ERP Systems.
Good communication and people skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree with a major emphasis in Industrial Management, Engineering or Quality or an equivalent in experience.
Work experience may be substituted for formal education.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
