position
, reporting to the plant Director of Operations, manages all production activities within the facility. Key responsibilities include:
Provide direction to Production Supervisors across all shifts
Lead and facilitate plant improvement efforts related to safety, quality and production
Continue to promote plant safety efforts and actions
Operate with an Open Door philosophy, utilizing
employee
input to facilitate change
Through Production Supervisors, ensure that associates are trained properly and standardized work is followed
Operate within the parameters of the Employee Handbook
Requirements:
At least 3 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced, automotive environment
Proven ability to lead a team and facilitate improvement initiatives
Strong problem solving and
computer
