Position Overview:
Perform various bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce products such as appliance handle components, automotive components, window units, trim pieces, loading and unloading of parts, and inspection of parts to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Employee is responsible to safely meet company metrics and perform the basic job functions.
Must adhere to company policy.
Keep work areas clean and safe.
Communicate quality/safety/mechanical problems or concerns to supervisor.
Must be a team player Requirements:
Prior experience in an industrial setting.
High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Must be able to work overtime including weekends Must have great attention to detail Must have good work attitude Must pass drug screen and background check Positions in our facility require standing for long periods of time.
Regularly use hands to finger, handle or feel.
These positions must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
They require lifting, bending stooping, reaching and bending.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
